Will Dental Implants Improve Your Quality of Life?

Can You Put a Price on Quality of Life?

What is the first thing you think of when you hear the phrase “quality of life?” For some it might be money. Endless sums of money to do whatever, whenever you want.  For another person it might be location, where you live. You might equate quality of life with what you see when you gaze out the kitchen window. For others quality of life might be directly tied to your health or physical abilities.

There is no question that quality of life is subjective and different for each individual and I will venture a guess that “teeth” are not high on anyone’s quality of life list. I mean really, we don’t need teeth to live. We can get through life with a missing tooth here or there and even adjust what we eat and get through life without any teeth at all.

The key words in that last statement are “get through”. Who wants to just get through life? We want to enjoy life, taste life, explore life, and participate in life. We want to LIVE LIFE!

Now we are talking about quality. Imagine being able to cut loose with a belly laugh at family gatherings. Or order what you WANT to eat from the menu rather than what you think you can manage. How about smiling in pictures instead of a tight lipped grin or having a conversation without holding your hand up to your mouth.

Quality of life is the ability to freely laugh, eat, smile and enjoy relationships without the worry of embarrassment.

Quality of life isn’t money or location. Quality of life is the ability to be YOU. To enjoy the simple things in life such as a smile that lights up the room.

So what does this have to do with teeth you might ask? Nothing if you have them, but for those who are missing one or two teeth or who wear partial or full dentures it could mean the difference between slowly withdrawing to a life of isolation or fully engaging in life.

Dental implants can and do improve the quality of life for many people. Dental implants are not just an option for tooth replacement; dental implants are an opportunity to IMPROVE YOUR QUALITY OF LIFE.

In the skilled hands of Las Vegas dentist Dr. Azimi, dental implants are a relatively simple, painless and affordable way to instantly improve the quality of life.  Now that’s something to smile about.
